Pioneer Valley Stables is owned and managed by Dressage trainer and competitor Kathryn Bauman.

Kathryn had ridden on and off most of her life. But she did not start DRESSAGE training herself until she was nearly 40 when she watched George Williams ride to Christmas music at an open house.  In tears she declared her goal to "learn that".

Determined to learn from the best, she aggressively sought top level trainers for a proper equine education. Riding with George Williams, Colonel Von ZignerWim Foekema, Melle von BruggenDenny Emerson, Vitor Silva, Cindy Sydnor, Carrie Harnden and others, has provided a solid foundation to grow and teach upon.

Kathryn hosts monthly clinics at Pioneer Valley to insure that she
continues to benefit from high quality education herself, and to share that opportunity with others.

Kathryn is a USDF Associate Instructor, earned the
USDF University CertificateDiploma, Bronze Diploma, and recieved my University Silver Diploma as well.  She is also a USDF bronze medallist & a L Program Candidate
